Sabine Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Member Service Representative I to join our Strickland Drive Branch location. This role is responsible for assisting members with their financial needs, providing exceptional service, and promoting the Credit Union’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and handling debit and credit card needs.
- Resolve member inquiries, problems, or complaints with professionalism and care; escalate to supervisor when necessary with recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to enhance member relationships.
- Communicate with members in person and by phone to provide information about Credit Union offerings.
- Maintain accurate member account information in the computer system.
- Serve as a liaison between members and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor emails, complete required trainings, and stay informed on current promotions, products, and services.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
