Sabia Construction is a locally-owned and operated Custom Luxury Home Builder located in Brentwood, TN. We are seeking a motivated, organized individual with previous construction firm experience or accounting form experience. We have a fantastic and tenured team/ family that takes their work seriously and enjoys serving our clients and having a good time while doing it! We are focused on balance between personal and business. This role could be a 4 or 5 day/ week position.
Necessary Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Construction Accounting/ Bookkeeping
- Quickbooks for Contractors
- Other Accounting Software
- ProCore
- Microsoft Excel, Word
Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
- All aspects of accounting
- AR
- AP
- ERP
- Job Schedule Updates
- Reconciliation
- Cash Flow Management
- Insurance Renewal management for subcontractors, etc.
- GL, WC Insurance Audit
- 1099s

- Manage 3rd Party Payroll
- Social Chairperson/ HR : book catering, lunches, company events, birthdays
Compensation Full-time:
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000/ year
- Health Reimbursement Program (eligible after 90 days) - Company-paid
