This role ensures all equipment is properly asseted, tracked, maintained, and available to support field operations. The position supports crew onboarding and offboarding, reduces downtime, and protects company assets through clear accountability and consistent processes.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Asset & Inventory Management
- Asset all new tools and equipment upon purchase
- Maintain accurate records of equipment location, assignment, and condition
- Issue and recover tools during employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
- Maintenance & Compliance
- Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and inspections
- Track service and inspection intervals to ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer requirements
- Auditing & Accountability
- Conduct periodic audits of tools and equipment
- Investigate missing, damaged, or unreturned assets
- Work with construction leadership to reduce loss and improve accountability
- Operational Support
- Monitor equipment utilization and identify replacement or additional needs
- Support standardization of tool kits and equipment packages
- Maintain tooling databases and tracking systems
- Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Partner with construction leadership, safety, and procurement as needed
- Develop and maintain clear tooling procedures that scale with growth
Required:
- Experience managing tools, equipment, or physical assets in a construction or field environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Experience with asset tracking or inventory systems
- Familiarity with calibration and inspection requirements
