The primary purpose of your job is to manage and ensure overall operations of communities assigned by performing regulatory requirements, assuring adherence to Community policy and procedure, assuring financial goals are established and maintained through monitoring performance of key community management personnel and providing feedback, directions, resources, and developing staff to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications/Education:
- Multi-facility leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- MUST have an ACTIVE Administrator’s License in the state of Virginia.
- Must be able to travel to facilities in Virginia.
