The Regional Business Office Manager supports and develops the Business Office staff of the communities to ensure the timely and accurate Revenue Cycle Process. This position will require travel. The primary function of Regional Business Office Manager is to help manage the customarily recognized Business Offices of the communities, particularly regarding staff members of the Business Offices of the communities. The Regional Business Office Manager supports and develops the Business Office staff of the communities to ensure the timely and accurate Revenue Cycle Process. This position will require travel. The Regional Business Office Manager works in conjunction with and supports the Revenue Cycle Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, train, and develop Business Office staff
- Oversee billing, collections, census, and overall Revenue Cycle accuracy
- Support communities with Medicaid eligibility, applications, and appeals
- Monitor performance, workflows, and compliance across assigned communities
- Travel regularly to community locations
- You must have two (2) or more years of Long-Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle.
- Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
- Must possess knowledge of state Medicaid eligibility requirements, from the application through the appeal process.
- Must have the ability to work with the requirements of the position/assignment, with ability to travel.
