This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical and functional support to HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders. This role involves system configuration, auditing, reporting, and troubleshooting to optimize HR processes and compliance. This is not an analyst position.

This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical and functional support to HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders. This role involves system configuration, auditing, reporting, and troubleshooting to optimize HR processes and compliance. This is not an analyst position.
Education/Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Must have three (3) or more years of experience supporting HRIS systems, preferably with Dayforce.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Must possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for HRIS data integrity.
- Must have experience with HRIS reporting tools.
- Must have familiarity with workflow and XML form configuration.
- Previous experience with customer service.
- Must be able to report to work in our Beachwood, Ohio office. This is not a remote position.
