The primary function of the Field Revenue Cycle Training Specialist is to help train and support new Business Office staff and maintain Business Office duties in the event of a vacancy. The Field Revenue Cycle Training Specialist will travel to assigned communities as needed to support vacancies and onboard new Business Office staff. In addition, they will work in conjunction with Field Revenue Cycle Specialists and the Senior Revenue Cycle Field Specialist and Divisional Director of Revenue Cycle to support training initiatives for the Business Office staff.

The primary function of the Field Revenue Cycle Training Specialist is to help train and support new Business Office staff and maintain Business Office duties in the event of a vacancy. The Field Revenue Cycle Training Specialist will travel to assigned communities as needed to support vacancies and onboard new Business Office staff. In addition, they will work in conjunction with Field Revenue Cycle Specialists and the Senior Revenue Cycle Field Specialist and Divisional Director of Revenue Cycle to support training initiatives for the Business Office staff.
Education/Qualifications:
- Have two (2) or more years of Long-Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle.
- Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.)
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
