Position Summary:
The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures. You will also transport residents as needed to and from scheduled appointments, activity functions, and in emergency transport situations as directed. Follows all regulatory and safety policies.
Education/Qualifications:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Must be CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.
Must possess a valid driver's license, in good standing as determined by the Community, and must be a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of age.
Must demonstrate sufficient English proficiency to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete required documentation.
Must meet Community driver approval process and have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
Shift & Wage:

Wage: $15.50 per hour
