Area Supervisors oversee operations at multiple client locations across Southeast Michigan
What You'll Do
- Supervise cleaning crews across several job sites during daytime hours
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Support, train, and motivate team members in the field
- Perform site inspections and manage supplies
- Cover open positions
- Communicate with clients and resolve issues quickly and professionally
