This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations, service delivery, and operational excellence across multiple client sites. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations across all janitorial accounts to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and front-line employees.
- Drive operational consistency through effective systems, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement best practices for efficiency, safety, and quality improvement.
Quality and Service Excellence
