Janitorial Supervisor | Novi
Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 12:00 AM
$16-$18 per hour
Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-run facilities? Saber Building Services is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations, support janitorial staff, and help ensure the facility consistently meets high standards for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support cleaning staff during the evening shift
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside staff as needed
- Operate cleaning equipment such as an auto scrubber and backpack vacuum on a regular basis
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking cleaning supplies and equipment
- Support a clean, safe, and professional environment for building occupants and visitors
- Perform other duties as assigned
