Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support evening cleaning operations at a professional office building in the Troy area.
This position is focused on vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in completing detailed cleaning work.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine custodial duties throughout office and common areas
- Vacuum offices, hallways, conference rooms, and shared spaces using a backpack vacuum
- Dust surfaces and maintain overall facility appearance
- Maintain cleanliness throughout entrances, workspaces, and shared areas
- Restock facility supplies as needed
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any facility concerns or supply needs to management
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to wear and use a backpack vacuum during the shift
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
