Reiki Master – Youth & Equine Wellness Retreat
Weekend Retreat | Working with Youth Ages 8–15
We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Reiki Master to join us for a special weekend retreat designed to help kids ages 8–15 slow down, reconnect, build confidence, and experience the calming presence of horses and nature.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves working with young people and is passionate about creating safe, peaceful, and meaningful wellness experiences.
What You’ll Do
As our Reiki Master, you’ll help create a nurturing environment through:
- Leading group Reiki sessions appropriate for youth ages 8–15
- Guiding mindfulness, relaxation, breathing, and grounding activities
- Introducing young people to Reiki in an age-appropriate, engaging way
- Creating gentle Reiki experiences connected with the horses, helping participants explore calmness, presence, trust, and connection
- Working collaboratively with our retreat team and equine professionals
- Helping maintain a warm, inclusive, emotionally safe environment for every participant
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- An experienced Reiki Master/Teacher with a strong personal Reiki practice
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about working with children and young teens
- Warm, patient, grounded, and encouraging
- Able to communicate wellness concepts in a way that is fun and accessible to young people
- Comfortable around horses and/or interested in incorporating equine experiences into their work
- Respectful of individual boundaries and different comfort levels
- Reliable, professional, and committed to creating a safe experience for youth
Experience working with children, teens, therapeutic recreation, mindfulness, wellness programs, or equine-assisted activities is a plus.

Our weekend retreat brings together horses, nature, mindfulness, connection, and personal growth in a supportive environment where kids can simply be themselves, learn new tools for managing emotions and stress, and discover their own strengths.
