Duties

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of dishes during busy service hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
• Support menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, stoves, and other appliances
• Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Experience
Candidates may possess prior experience in food industry settings such as restaurants, catering services, or culinary environments. Specific experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus. A strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling is essential. Familiarity with kitchen safety practices, knife skills, and meal preparation will set you up for success. Previous roles involving food service or restaurant experience will demonstrate your ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
