Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, salaried exempt Entry-Level BCBA to join our clinical team. This 40-hour per week role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in clinical oversight, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians/RBTs, training parents and caregivers, and mentoring BCBA candidates. You will also support administrative functions, allowing exposure to the full scope of clinical operations. Services will primarily be delivered in clients’ homes and at our center, with travel required within a 30-mile radius of the service area. This position is ideal for a BCBA looking to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to client outcomes and team development.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year as a BCBA preferred
- 2 years working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Completion of 8-hour BACB supervision training (required for BCBA candidate mentorship)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, including Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), PECS, Behavior Skills Training (BST), and other evidence-based practices
- Familiarity with early intervention models and local community resources
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ABA software such as CentralReach preferred
- Maintains regular communication with the Assistant Clinical Directors/Clinical Director and promptly reports any issues affecting client progress or satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the BACB and SABA Therapy policies
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass TB test and criminal background check
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $81,000 – $84,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Classification: Exempt (salaried); not eligible for overtime under California law
- Fieldwork supervision hours available for aspiring BCBAs
- Vacation accrual up to 40 hours/year after probation

Work Requirements
- 40 hours per week required
- Minimum of 25 billable hours per week providing in-person direct services (restricted hours)
- Remaining hours allocated to documentation, supervision, meetings, clinical planning, perform environmental maintenance and administrative duties (unrestricted hours/admin functions)
Work Location
- Position requires primarily in-person services (approximately 75%) delivered in center-based and/or in-home settings
- Up to 25% of services may be delivered via telehealth, as clinically appropriate
- Must be able to travel within a 30-mile radius of the San Gabriel/Pomona Valley area, as required
Schedule
Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 8:00am-8:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-8:00pm
- Availability Monday–Friday (8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.) and occasional work until 7:30 p.m. and weekends
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and engage with clients during sessions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (materials or equipment)
- Ability to manage physical interaction with clients when necessary for clinical purposes, following safety guidelines and protocols
