We are currently looking for excellent Certified Home Health Aide for a client in Toms River Mon. Wed., Fri. 6:30am-6:30pm to join our growing team for full-time, part-time, or per diem positions. This position would be responsible for providing personal care services to our clients in their home while demonstrating our values of integrity, caring and compassion.

Responsibilities for a CHHA include:

• Supports our company mission to provide high-quality professional care that our clients deserve
• Provides personal care services as established in the plan of care
• Assists patients with mobilization
• Assists with hygiene (bathing, oral care, dressing, etc) and more
• Performs light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, food shopping, etc
• Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Submits required documentation as per agency policy and procedures
• Ensures compliance of agency infection control and safety policies
• Demonstrates sound judgment

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Home Health Aide Certification
• Meets all state requirements for CHHAs
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Valid Auto Insurance and reliable automobile
• Able to travel to cases as assigned
