As Assistant Administrator, you’ll work closely with the Administrator and leadership team to help manage departments, support staff, and ensure the best possible care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Administrator with overall facility operations
- Support HR functions including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and terminations
- Help manage payroll and ensure accuracy
- Monitor and organize accounts payable, billing, and vendor communication
- Order and manage office supplies
- Participate in daily rounds and help create a positive environment for residents and staff
- Assist with resident billing, insurance, collections, and eligibility coordination
- Promote and reinforce company policies and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business or healthcare-related field)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
