The Saaswedo Depot team is looking to add a new team member to our successful department. This position requires you to able to adapt and collaborate with team mates to achieve a common goal. Duties will include testing mobile devices, printing labels, shipping and receiving packages, attending meetings, and corresponding with clients via phone and email.
Duties and Responsibilities
Testing devices using the proprietary software
- Shipping retrieval packages to corporate employees
- Shipping mobile devices for multiple clients
- Reporting on daily KPIs and other metrics
- Preparing devices to be sent to a phone recycling partner
- Attending daily/weekly meetings to discuss projects and improvements
- Taking detailed inventory of devices in stock
- Corresponding with customers via email
- Maintaining and updating mobile device tracking software
- Performing scheduled follow-ups with customers
- Maintaining and ordering a stock of shipping supplies
Qualifications
- Good with technology
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficient in professional email correspondence
- Detailed knowledge of mobile phones
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to adhere with corporate compliance standards
- Adaptability and problem solving skills
- Team player
- Flexibility to work outside of standard 8am-5:30pm Eastern time zone hours.
- Ability to interface with all levels of internal and external personalities.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
