Saaswedo is growing, and we’re expanding our Depot team! We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in supporting enterprise mobility programs by ensuring devices are properly processed, shipped, and tracked throughout their lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
As part of the Depot team, you’ll support daily operations that keep our clients’ mobile programs running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting, testing, and validating mobile devices using internal systems
- Preparing and shipping equipment to corporate users and client locations
- Managing outbound logistics across multiple programs
- Tracking daily activity and supporting KPI reporting
- Preparing devices for secure and compliant recycling
- Maintaining accurate inventory records in our asset management systems
- Communicating with customers via phone and email in a professional, service-oriented way
- Completing scheduled follow-ups and outreach to support customer needs
- Assisting with process improvements through team collaboration and meetings
- Keeping shipping supplies organized and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you’re comfortable with technology, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in staying organized and detail-focused.
- Experience working with mobile devices or general technology
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with smartphones and mobile operating systems
- A customer-first mindset with solid phone etiquette
- Understanding of security, compliance, and data handling standards is a plus
- Ability to adapt in a team-oriented, evolving environment
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds safely
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours when needed
