What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychometrist position at Saar Psychological Group?
We are a locally owned and operated company with a welcoming atmosphere. We provide psychological evaluations for children and adults involved in the Court system (Family Court/Circuit Court) such as WV DHHR, criminal & civil cases.
We are seeking a Psychometrist (Psychological test administrator) to join our company!
We have full-time and part-time positions!
Monday-Friday: Flexible hours!
Responsibilities:
- Administer and score psychological assessments such as IQ testing, personality assessments, or neurological assessments.
- Assist clients with completing paperwork.
- Perform other office tasks as needed, such as organizing files and making copies.
- Document/video reviews.
- (Occasionally) Travel to jails, mental health facilities, attorney's office, etc. to administer testing.
- Work as a team with psychometrists and psychologists to complete psychological evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (does not have to be in Psychology or related field but is a plus).
- Previous experience in psychological field is a plus but not required.
-Knowledge of teleconferencing (such as Microsoft Teams) is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (some travel with personal vehicle may be required).
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with MS Word and Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $20.00 per hour
