Sr AWS Bedrock Engineer (Generative AI)

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and Implementation

• Develop and implement scalable AI-agent architectures aligned with business requirements and powered by foundation models.

Bedrock Model Expertise

• Fine-tune and deploy Amazon Bedrock models, including Large Language Models and multimodal models, for specific use cases.
• Implement vector-based retrieval and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.

Optimization

• Improve model performance while maintaining an optimal balance between computational efficiency and cost.

System Reliability

• Ensure deployed AI systems remain robust, accurate, scalable, and maintainable.

Innovation

• Stay current with advances in AI and Machine Learning and continuously improve existing solutions.

Collaboration

• Work with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate AI research into production-ready systems.

Data and Infrastructure

• Manage large datasets and model-lifecycle tools such as MLflow.
• Implement containerization solutions such as Docker to support reproducibility and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python and Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, BentoML, or Kubeflow.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models, LangChain, and vector databases.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock services and APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
