Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an Inpatient Hospice RN, you will be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, managing the holistic care of our patients and supporting their families. You will be responsible for:
Performing thorough patient and caregiver needs assessments.
Expertly managing pain and symptoms.
Coordinating seamlessly with the entire holistic care team (including our office staff, Medical Director, and attending physicians).
Providing essential education, supervision, and counseling to patients and family members regarding the end-of-life process.
Qualifications We Seek:
We are looking for self-motivated nurses who possess exceptional clinical skills and a deeply positive approach to patient care.
Required License: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama.
Required Skills: Excellent nursing skills and proven communication habits.
Attitude: A high level of initiative and a consistently positive attitude.
Additional Requirement: Valid driver's license.
