Position Overview
The Biogas Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations, maintenance, and tank clean outs for projects. This role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable performance of team technicians/laborers performing biogas maintenance. The supervisor coordinates schedules, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and overall supervision of service technicians nationwide.

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or related field) – Preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in biogas, renewable energy, utilities, or industrial plant maintenance.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a technical service environment.
- Strong knowledge of biogas processes, anaerobic digestion, gas handling, and power generation systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Hands-on, proactive, and safety-conscious approach.
- Ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – bilingual/Spanish a plus.
- Flexibility to travel to different sites as required.
- Willingness to work on-call shifts and respond to plant emergencies.
- Competitive salary based on experience. $95,000-$110,000
