The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and handling journal entries for multiple clients. The role also involves utilizing accounting software to manage various bookkeeping and financial tasks to ensure the efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and handling Journal Entries
- Experience with preparing Financial Statements and maintaining accurate records
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Software and general Finance principles
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Prior bookkeeping experience is an advantage
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese
