Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and safe interactive sessions with dolphins and seals for guests of all ages
- Educate visitors about marine animals, their habitats, behaviors, and conservation efforts
- Assist with daily animal care routines, including feeding, cleaning, and health monitoring under supervision
- Ensure the safety of both animals and guests during interactions by following established protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of the interaction areas and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and creating a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily schedules and special programs or events
