We are currently seeking a passionate, driven, and skilled Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. This is your opportunity to work alongside a world-class culinary team in a fast-paced, professional kitchen known for innovation, precision, and exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and execute dishes to Wolfgang Puck’s exacting standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
Follow recipes, prep lists, and station guidelines efficiently and accurately
Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and the executive chef
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 / hour
What We’re Looking For:
2 years' experience as a line cook in a fine dining environment
High-volume experience
Good understanding of cooking methods (roasting, braising, searing, poaching, frying, etc.).
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Attention to detail (in plating, measurements, portion control).
Cleanliness / hygiene and knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to follow direction / recipes / prep lists precisely.
Strong communication skills, and an ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
