About the Role
They're adding a Litigation Associate to carry filed PI cases from active litigation through trial. This is litigation, not pre-lit. No demand letters, no intake, no pre-suit settlement work. You own filed cases in active discovery and law-and-motion, and you build them for trial alongside the firm's trial attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Manage filed PI cases through discovery and law-and-motion
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions, including MSJ oppositions
- Work up experts and prep cases for mediation and trial
- Second-chair trials with a clear path to first-chairing your own
Qualifications
- Active California Bar in good standing
- 2 to 6 years of plaintiff-side PI litigation on filed cases
- Real deposition and law-and-motion experience
- Trial exposure is a strong plus

Pay range and compensation package
$220K to $350K base depending on experience, plus performance bonus.
