Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled PLC
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and
troubleshoot PLC programs using Allen-Bradley platforms (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix) - Configure and maintain HMI/
SCADA systems (FactoryTalkView or equivalent) - Perform on-site commissioning,
startup, and testing ofautomation systems - Debug and resolve issues
related to PLC logic, I/O systems, and communication networks - Integrate PLCs with field
devices such as transmitters, switches, valves, motors, VFDs, and actuators - Work with industrial
communication protocols (Ether Net/IP, DeviceNet, Modbus ) - Read and interpret electrical
schematics, P&IDs, and control system documentation - Collaborate with engineering,
maintenance, and operations teams over calls, zoom and in- person meetings. - Ensure compliance with safety
standards and industry’s best practices - Provide documentation,
including technical reports, program backups, and change logs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or
Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, , or related fieldMechatronics - 3 years of hands-on
experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming - Strong knowledge of RSLogix
500 / Studio 5000 (Logix Designer) - Experience with HMI/SCADA
development (FactoryTalkpreferred) - Solid understanding of industr
ial automation systems and control theory - Ability to work on-site
independently and handletroubleshooting under pressure - Travel to sites and stay to
complete the work. - Familiarity with industrial
networking and system integration
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Safety PLC
systems - Prior experience in
industries such as manufacturi ng, oil & gas, energy, or automotive - Rockwell Automation
certification is additional preference
