- z/OS Version upgrade to v2.4 / v2.5 / v3.1
- Omegamon Suite product upgrade
- IBM TWS scheduling tool upgrade
- IBM System Automation upgrade
- IBM Tivoli & Netview upgrade
- Support experience for complex Mainframe environments
- Mainframe migrations, LPAR/MIPS management
- Mainframe backup and restore from tape
- Datacenter migration and design experience
- Installation, configuration, and support of LPARS and MIPS
- Capacity and performance management
- Remote administration of LPARS/MIPS
- Vendor SLA management and operations improvement
