The role involves maintaining and supporting the infrastructure and systems underpinning ARMS, a web-based collision repair management platform. 2. Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of combined software and infrastructure engineering experience, including server and system administration.
- 5 years of AS400/system i (iSeries) experience, with proficiency in Mimix and database management (System I, Oracle, MariaDB).
- Extensive experience supporting WebLogic, Tomcat, ESB, AIX, and middleware upgrades.
- Proven expertise in security administration, including SSO, SAML, SSL certificate management, and coding for certificate deployment.
- Strong ability in incident response, system patching (OS, WebLogic, AWS AMIs), database support, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and performance management.
- Experience supporting AWS infrastructure, including AMI maintenance and upgrades.
3. Desired Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with MuleSoft development and support.
- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) technology.
- Agile methodology experience using JIRA.
