Job Description
Seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong leadership experience in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, and cloud-native development, along with experience leading development teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
Required Skills
- 10 years of Full Stack Development experience
- 5 6 years of hands-on team lead experience
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
- Experience with AWS and Red Hat OpenShift (ROSA)
- Hands-on experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong system analysis and application design skills
- Experience supporting production applications
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as KIRO, Cursor, Replit, or similar
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments and global development teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack application development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, and ROSA
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications
- Guide and mentor development teams while leading technical delivery
- Support production systems and resolve critical issues
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
