Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse activities using a computerized inventory control system
- Checking, staging, assembling, packaging, labeling, palletizing and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Performing quality inspection upon receipt of material
- Checking condition of items, comparing count/measure of items to packing list, noting discrepancies
- Material handling duties as directed
- Cycle counting and matching the physical inventory with the inventory data in the system
- Maintaining facility cleanliness
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Pentagon Basics
- Export & ITAR compliance
- MIL-STD-2073 & MIL-STD-129
- Aerospace Industry Quality Training (Which includes QMS training, FAA 00 56, Traceability, 8130-3 documents, PAH’s, ESD, Suspected unapproved Parts, Shelf Life/LLP’s, AD’s, ATA Spec 300, PMA Parts, Direct Ship Authority, Repair Stations and Standard Terminology.
- 90 Day Probation OJT (Includes: Return Material Authorization (RMA), Warehouse Transfers, Parts and Warehousing)
- Forklift certification
- Hazmat Training (Inspection Only approval on Inspection Roster)
