Position Title: IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Position Overview

S2Technologies is actively seeking a IT Quality Assurance Analyst to manage our quality processes and engineering support for an existing Microsoft 365 Cloud Environment within the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Our support services include integration, management, security, and optimization of key services including Power Platform, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, AvePoint Online Services, Exchange Online, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot. The support includes configuration management and troubleshooting of these MS365 platforms to provide optimal functionality and user experience. The quality assurance analyst is a key member of the team ensuring that processes are followed, documented, and optimum user experience is supplied.

Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance across all M365 Cloud Suite tasks
• Assist in developing plans, schedules, and technical documentation for quality delivery
• Provide input to bi-weekly and monthly consolidated status reports
• Ensure all deliverables and processes meet performance and quality standards
  
  

Required Qualifications - Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Based Suite in a large corporate/government environment
• Experience developing quality plans, reporting, and documentation
• Knowledge of process improvement, compliance, and performance metrics in cloud environments
  
  

Technical Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 QA, SharePoint Administration, Power Platform QA
• Proficient in documentation and reporting tools
  
  

Communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to assure quality and
  
  

Required Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance is required; however, it is not mandatory at the time of hire.

Education: Minimum requirement: high school diploma. Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $130,000
