Our client is growing fast, and you’ll play a big part in building our new customer base and help our customers fundamentally change their businesses. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will help identify, engage and close new business from strategic enterprise customers. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with experience in hunting new business to quickly grow our market share in the multifamily industry. In that mindset, we are offering competitive base along with uncapped commissions for our sales team!

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with prospective customers' C-Suite, VP, and Director level executives to drive adoption
- Own your pipeline – prospecting (cold-calling), initial outreach, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing the sale, and upsell
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Actively participate in industry events to increase market presence throughout the country
- Deliver a $2M quota
What you will bring:
- 8 years of Enterprise software sales experience
- Recent longevity of a consistent track record of hitting/exceeding multimillion $ quotas
- Top 5% performer & Presidents Club recipient
- Team player who is driven & expects to be the best!
Compensation:
**$200K Base salary and OTE of 500K
