We’re Hiring: Director of Operations – Part 121 Carrier ✈️

We are looking for a safety-focused and strategic leader to join our team as Director of Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency in line with FAA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exercise operational control over all flights (FAR 121.537)
- Coordinate aircraft maintenance, crew planning, and travel
- Oversee system operations and optimize routes for efficiency
- Ensure FAA compliance and operational safety
- Provide operational insights to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) – type-rated on company aircraft
- 3 years managerial experience in Operations Control (within last 6 years)
- 3 years Pilot in Command experience (large aircraft preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations & aviation safety standards
- Compliance with FAR 119.65(d)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Willingness to relocate if required
