Licensed Physical Therapist – Orthopedic & Sports Performance

Full-Time | Part-Time | Contract | Per Diem
Full-Time Salary: $85,000–$106,000
Part-Time/Per Diem: $35–$65/hour, commensurate with experience
Looking for more than a traditional outpatient PT position?
Sloane Stecker is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing Florida team.
Founded in 1995, Sloane Stecker combines orthopedic physical therapy, sports performance, strength training, advanced technology, and objective performance testing in a dynamic studio environment.
Our therapists work with a diverse clientele—from professional and competitive athletes to active adults, post-operative patients, and individuals who simply want to move, perform, and feel better.

What We're Looking For
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license (or new Grad taking the boards in October)
- Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent manual therapy skills
- Sports rehabilitation or performance experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in an energetic outpatient environment
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
- Genuine interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the company
Opportunities Available
We are currently considering full-time, part-time, contract, and per diem candidates, with a minimum commitment of two to three days per week.
