Job description:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Exerciese Specialist/ Physical Therapy Technician to join our growing team.
You must be available 6AM - 9AM Tuesdays and Friday's !
This is an excellent opportunity for a current, or recent Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related graduate interested in physical therapy, sports medicine, strength & conditioning, and performance testing.
Our practice combines evidence-based rehabilitation with advanced performance and wellness services. You'll gain hands-on experience assisting with VO2 Max testing, body composition analysis, strength assessments, and rehabilitation programs while working alongside experienced clinicians.
We're looking for someone who is curious, science-driven, and eager to grow within a forward-thinking healthcare and performance company.
Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and treatment flow
- Support strength training and performance-based rehabilitation sessions
- Assist with VO2 Max testing, body composition testing, and performance assessments
- Set up and maintain treatment and testing areas
- Assist with scheduling, check-in/check-out, and light administrative tasks
- Help maintain a positive and professional client experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or related field
- Strong interest in physical therapy, strength training, sports performance, or exercise physiology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in athletics, fitness, coaching, or rehabilitation is a plus
- Must have MORNING AVAILABILITY - 6AM - 9AM Tuesday and Fridays, opportunity to add more hours throughout week - if strong performance.
