Job Description
Job Duties: Identify and analyze current state businessprocesses and system inadequacies, present ideas for process and systems improvements. Collectdata, code, and configure activities necessary to develop new interfaces.Handle data flow with external warehouse vendors. Operate multiple projects,small initiatives with the help of various applications on daily basis. Managescope and meet manual, automation functional and non-functional deliverableswith quality, time, and cost parameters. Prepare process flow diagrams andcoordinate with business users to get approval on the requirements. Collaboratewith Business and Systems Analysts, Developers, and project management groups.Work with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure service behaviorand assists product teams in meeting customer needs. Plan, handle and overseeintegration and ensure adherence to project management methodologies. Requiredtools and utilities: Workday HRMS, Microsoft Visio, SQL Tableau, MuleSoft,Middleware, Azure, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other: Full Time.Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
Requirements: Master's Degree inInformation Technology Management or Equivalent. Any suitable combination ofeducation, training or experience accepted.
