(Work locations include DE, MD, VA, and PA, with training in Glen Burnie, MD.)Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, will participate in on-call rotation.

Job Summary:The Compliance Inspector is responsible for conducting on-site walk-through inspections and maintenance of fuel systems. This role requires proactive learning through training and maintaining certifications to ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct on-site walk-through inspections and maintenance of fuel systems.
• Comply with all regulations and company procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Drive company service vehicles to customer locations, frequently on a prescribed route.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on systems including fluid and gas flow, mechanical equipment, and instrumentation.
• Perform tank and line testing, spill bucket testing, change out filters in dispensers, and check for proper placement of leak detectors and sensors.
• Conduct visual monthly inspections of fuel systems and complete required compliance forms accurately.
• Pump out petroleum-contaminated water from tank and dispenser sumps.
• Expand professional knowledge and skills through training and maintaining relevant certifications.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Capability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Meet the company's employment standards, including passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR if driving for the company.
• Willingness to train and manage assigned helper(s).
