Description
The overriding and most important function of each employee is to either directly (by interaction) or indirectly (by providing the key support role to a guest experience) strive to provide the finest in friendly service and quality product.
Requirements
- Possess a knowledge of working a register and handling money.
- Daily restocking of retail displays.
- Handling incoming phone calls.
- Performing daily opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Performs daily routine chores to ensure neat and orderly appearance.
- Greeting and assisting guests in a polite and expedient manner.
- Handles and communicates with guests on a one-on-one basis in a professional, courteous manner.
- Maintains a businesslike atmosphere in the retail area at all times.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance and a professional conduct at all times.
- Basic knowledge of all departments of the resort.
- Knowledge of al in store programs, policies and procedures.
- Must have a flexible schedule due to the nature of our business
