Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, configuration, and customization of NetSuite modules based on business requirements
- Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements through walkthroughs and discovery sessions
- Translate business processes into NetSuite functional solutions under the guidance of senior consultants
- Configure forms, fields, workflows, roles, and dashboards
- Support data migration, validation, and testing activities
- Participate in system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
- Provide end‑user training and assist with documentation such as user guides and process flows
- Collaborate with technical, sales, and delivery teams to support successful project execution
- Assist with post‑go‑live support, minor enhancements, and change requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP systems, NetSuite, or business systems consulting (internship or entry‑level experience acceptable)
- Basic understanding of business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, or Inventory Management
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP; NetSuite certification is an advantage but not required
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a consulting environment
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting
- Exposure to NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory, CRM, or Projects
- Experience with documentation tools or basic SQL
- Prior experience supporting external clients
- Exposure to or experience working with clients in Manufacturing, Food and Beverage (F&B), or Construction industries
