Responsibilities

- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with precision and integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing inquiries
- Assist with merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain an organized store appearance
- Conduct product demos when applicable to promote sales and inform customers about features
- Upsell products and suggest additional items to increase sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support phone etiquette by answering customer questions professionally over the phone
- Supervise or assist with other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative environment
