What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair vehicles, including engine, suspension, electrical, and other mechanical systems
- Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately
- Use professional diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues
- Troubleshoot problems instead of simply replacing parts
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and repair quality
- Work independently while also being part of a small professional team
Requirements
- 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills — not just a parts changer
- Strong experience in one or more areas: electrical diagnostics, engine repair, engine performance, A/C, suspension, or steering
- Must have your own tools and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and perform quality repairs
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
