Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role involves preparing accurate project estimates, managing project timelines, and coordinating with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery. The position is based in-office, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for various projects based on detailed project plans and specifications.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine scope of work and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to gather pricing and ensure project needs are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution from initiation through completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare detailed proposals, bids, and contracts for client approval.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.

Skills

• Proven experience in estimating and project management within the construction or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
