- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell additional jewelry items or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, restock jewelry cases, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and processing shipments
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Educate customers on jewelry care, product features, and current promotions to enhance their shopping experience
- Support team members with supervising responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
