The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of products, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining a safe working environment. Pay is based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Ensure the warehouse complies with all safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to optimize workflows.
- Implement efficient processes and procedures to increase productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus).
