IT Specialist

Job Summary:

With over 40 years of experience in shipping a wide variety of durable goods throughout North America, we have evolved into one of the most modern, well-equipped trucking companies in the United States We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to assist with light IT and desktop support tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, hardware setup, and day-to-day system maintenance. This is an in person position.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, and peripherals

• Replace basic hardware components (RAM, SSD/HDD, power supplies, fans, etc.)

• Install and configure Windows 10/11 and basic desktop software

• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues

• Provide end-user support for login, printing, and email issues

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and hardware inspections

• Maintain spare equipment inventory and document hardware issues

Qualifications:

• Computer literate with basic hardware and troubleshooting knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• No advanced software, coding, or database skills required (training available if needed)

• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

• Preferably seeking a long-term position focused on IT support and data entry tasks
