You Have The Following
- Minimum 7 years in property maintenance and 3–5 years of supervisory experience; CAMT desired.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance; reliable transportation for regional travel and parts pickup.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week with weekend flexibility; ability to lead, train, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to earn industry designations as required (EPA, OSHA)
