Job Title: Sonographer/Sonography Supervisor
Location: Burlington, VT (Onsite)
Salary: $104,000–$160,000/year

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Sonography Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the Ultrasound Department at a Level I trauma center. This role includes managing staff, overseeing clinical quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic planning.
Key Duties:
- Supervise and schedule ultrasound staff and maintain workflow efficiency
- Perform and oversee clinical procedures, including breast ultrasound
- Ensure compliance with ACR and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with Radiology Manager on budgeting and departmental goals
- Maintain equipment and uphold imaging quality standards
- Provide off-hours support as needed
Requirements:
- Accredited Radiography program graduate (Bachelor’s preferred)
- ARDMS or equivalent certification
- 5 years of sonography experience, including breast ultrasound
- Experience with ACR inspections and accreditation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Flexible with schedule and on-call availability

Pay: $105,005.00 - $160,000.00 per year
