NEW CONSTRUCTION LEAD HVAC INSTALLER: YOUR MISSION As our New Construction Lead HVAC Installer, you are a problem-solving master who skillfully completes a variety of residential and commercial installations. You're a leader who maintains a professional and collaborative relationship with your team and ensures each installation goes off without a hitch. With great skill and care, you install heating- and air conditioning-related equipment as well as flex and sheet metal duct systems. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A NEW CONSTRUCTION LEAD HVAC INSTALLER • Strong work ethic • Ability to closely follow relevant policies and specifications HVAC experience, while not required, would be preferred. An EPA Type II license would be a huge bonus! A high school diploma or equivalent would also be beneficial. Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? NEW CONSTRUCTION LEAD HVAC INSTALLER HOURS This heating and air conditioning installation position typically works 8-to 10-hour shifts, Monday - Friday.

Competencies

This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. This position requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and mechanical aptitude.

Education and Experience

This position requires a minimum of six months prior HVAC installation experience. Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the job. Must have a valid driver’s license and remain insurable under our company insurance policy.
